VCN PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Falcon Marketing Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, operating under the brand name VCN (Vcare Network) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). This Policy governs the manner in which the Company collects, uses, processes, stores, discloses, and protects personal data of users accessing or using the Company’s website available at https://vcarenetwork.com/, mobile platforms, applications, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers, Direct Sellers, visitors, and other users (collectively referred to as “Users”) in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Nature of Business and Data Processing Context
The Company operates a product-centric direct selling business involving the sale and distribution of wellness products, nutraceuticals, health supplements, and personal care products through a network of independent Direct Sellers. In order to facilitate onboarding, product transactions, commission payouts, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance, the Company collects and processes various categories of personal data. Users acknowledge that such processing is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, compliance with legal requirements, and legitimate business purposes of the Company.
3. Categories of Personal Data Collected
The Company may collect personal data directly from Users during registration, onboarding, transactions, or interactions with the Platform, as well as automatically through system-generated processes. Such data may include identity information such as name, date of birth, gender, and contact details including mobile number, email address, and residential address. In the case of Direct Sellers, additional data such as Permanent Account Number (PAN), Aadhaar details or other government-issued identification documents, bank account details, payment credentials, and tax-related information may be collected for onboarding, commission disbursement, and statutory compliance.The Company may also collect transactional data relating to purchases, order history, and payment records, as well as technical data such as IP address, device information, browser type, and usage behaviour to improve platform performance and security. The Company does not intentionally collect sensitive health data; however, purchase behaviour may indirectly reflect wellness preferences, which shall be treated with appropriate confidentiality.
4. Purpose of Data Collection and Use
The personal data collected by the Company is used for lawful and legitimate purposes including user registration, onboarding of Direct Sellers, processing product orders, facilitating payments and commission disbursement, maintaining transaction records, providing customer support, communicating updates, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements. Such data may also be used for improving user experience, enhancing platform functionality, preventing fraud, ensuring system security, conducting internal analytics, and fulfilling statutory obligations including taxation, accounting, and audit requirements.

Personal data is processed by the Company on the basis of consent provided by Users, performance of contractual obligations, compliance with legal requirements, and legitimate business purposes of the Company. By accessing or using the Platform, Users provide their consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy. Where required under applicable law, explicit consent shall be obtained for processing sensitive personal data. Users may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limitations. Withdrawal of consent may affect the Company’s ability to provide services or continue the business relationship

The Company shall not be responsible for any unauthorised collection, misuse, or disclosure of personal data by Direct Sellers in violation of Company policies or applicable law.
