VCN WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
1. Introduction, Acceptance and Binding Nature of Terms
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access, browsing, registration, participation, use and interaction with the website, digital platforms, customer portals, direct seller portals, mobile interfaces, communication systems and online services
operated by Falcon Marketing Private Limited, operating under the brand name VCN(Vcare Network) ("Company").
The Website has been developed to facilitate the dissemination of information regarding the Company's products, customer programmes, direct selling activities, training initiatives, compensation plans, compliance requirements, promotional activities and related business operations. By accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing through, interacting with, or otherwise using any part of the Website, every visitor, customer, direct seller, prospective direct seller or user expressly acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms as well as all other policies published by the Company from time to time. The User further acknowledges that acceptance of these Terms may occur through physical execution of documents, digital acceptance, clicking acceptance buttons, account registration, placement of orders, participation in Company activities, continued use of the Website, or any other conduct indicating assent. Such acceptance shall constitute a legally binding arrangement between the User and the Company and shall have the same legal effect as a written agreement executed by the parties.
2. Nature of the Website and Scope of Services
The Website serves as an informational, transactional and operational platform through which the Company may provide information relating to its products, services, customer programmes, direct seller opportunities, compensation plans, compliance requirements,
promotional activities, educational resources and other lawful business initiatives. The User acknowledges that the Website does not constitute an invitation to invest, participate in any money circulation arrangement, deposit scheme, financial return
programme or other activity prohibited under law. The Company's business model is a product-centric direct selling model governed by applicable laws, and any participation therein is subject to the specific terms, conditions and policies applicable to customers and direct sellers, respectively. Nothing contained on the Website shall be construed as creating an employment
relationship, partnership, agency, joint venture, franchise arrangement or fiduciary relationship unless expressly agreed in writing by authorised representatives of the Company.
3. Eligibility and User Representations
By using the Website, the User represents and warrants that he or she possesses the legal capacity to enter into binding arrangements under applicable law and that all information furnished to the Company shall be true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. The Company reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility, age, qualifications, and other details of any User and may suspend, restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes that any information supplied is false, misleading, incomplete or otherwise noncompliant with applicable requirements. Where registration as a Direct Seller is sought, the Company may require additional documentation, identity verification, KYC records, bank details and compliance declarations before approving such registration.
4. Registration, Account Management and Security
Certain portions of the Website may require the creation of customer accounts, direc seller accounts or other forms of registration. Users shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their usernames, passwords, OTPs, authentication credentials and account access information.
The Company shall be entitled to rely upon all activities carried out through the User's account as having been undertaken by the User. The User shall immediately notify the
Company upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access, security breach or misuse of account credentials.
The Company shall not be responsible for losses, damages or liabilities arising from the User's failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials or from unauthorised activities attributable to the User's negligence.
5. Product Information, Pricing and Orders
The Company endeavours to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing information, promotional offers, stock availability and related content displayed on the Website are accurate and updated. However, the User acknowledges that inadvertent
errors, omissions, technical inaccuracies or delays may occur. Accordingly, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct errors, update information, modify product descriptions, revise prices, discontinue products, limit quantities, withdraw offers or refuse orders without incurring liability. Placement of an order by a User shall constitute an offer to purchase products from the Company. Such an order shall become binding only upon acceptance and processing by the
Company. The Company reserves the right to reject, cancel, suspend or limit any order where required for operational, commercial, regulatory, compliance, fraud prevention or
other legitimate business reasons.
6. Direct Seller Activities and Compliance Obligations
Where a User registers as a Direct Seller, such User acknowledges that his or her participation in the Company's business shall be governed by the Direct Seller Agreement,
Direct Seller Code of Conduct, Compensation Plan, Income Disclosure Statement, Anti-Misleading Representation Policy and all other applicable policies. Direct Sellers shall not use the Website for the purpose of making misleading income claims
claims, unauthorised product claims, medical representations, disease-treatment claims,
investment-related statements or any other representations prohibited by law or
Company policy. The Company reserves the right to monitor activities conducted through the Website and
may suspend or terminate accounts where violations of applicable policies or laws are identified.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content appearing on the Website, including trademarks, logos, product names, business names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, software, training materials, compensation plans, business methods, compliance manuals, educational resources and
proprietary information, constitutes intellectual property owned by or licensed to the
Company. No User shall reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or otherwise use such content without the prior written consent of the Company.Any unauthorised use may result in civil, criminal and regulatory action.
8. Limitation of Liability

jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Website and these Terms.
